At Jinxye, each piece is made with care, and many items are handmade, made to order, or produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including sizing, materials, customization details, shipping information, and item description.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Please Note

Normal wear, improper care, accidental damage, or damage after delivery is not considered a defect. By purchasing from Jinxye, you acknowledge and agree to this return and refund policy.
