By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Jinxye, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it begins processing and cannot be changed or canceled unless approved by Jinxye.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or inaccurate customer information.

2. All Sales Final

Due to the handmade, limited, and/or made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, sizing, materials, customization notes, and shipping information carefully before purchasing.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, stone appearance, sizing, or handmade details may occur.

Natural variations in gemstones, metals, and handcrafted pieces are part of the character of the jewelry and are not considered defects.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to make it right. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or damage after delivery is not considered a defect.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jinxye is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Jinxye is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges that may apply.

6. Jewelry Care

Jinxye pieces should be handled with care. Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, impact, or improper storage may affect the condition of your jewelry over time.

Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, improper care, or accidents is not covered under our return or defect policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All Jinxye designs, product images, photography, copy, branding, logos, and website content are the property of Jinxye and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, copy our content, or use our products, images, or materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jinxye is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific item.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or purchase from Jinxye means you accept the updated terms.
